Nova started her career as a professional actress and singer in theatre, performing to audiences of over 10,000 at Wembley Arena. This continues to serve her well with a joy for public speaking and storytelling.  It was after an injury that she re-trained as a holistic therapist, which fuelled her passion for positive wellbeing and a desire to contribute.

She started her professional training in mental health and disability in 2010. She has a therapeutic background in counselling skills and over 9 years extensive experience working in mental wellbeing. She has worked with notable organisations including MIND.

She is a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Life Coach, accredited by the Professional Guild of NLP, she has a background in counselling skills, is a Mindfulness teacher (Stanton Psychology) and enjoys being invited as a regular mentor at Women of the World (WOW) Festival. She works with an exclusive number of private clients to help them discover their purpose and step into a life with more joy.

She Uses her background in counselling skills, 9 years experience in mental health and disability,  and she focusses on mindset and culture change. She teaches individuals and brands about the power of embracing diversity and how to confront bias and prejudice to improve business and societal impact, leading to long-lasting and authentic change.
