Danielle has a variety of experience working with both employer and employee clients. She provides employer clients with day to day employment advice ranging from recruitment, contractual issues and policy drafting, through to advice throughout the working relationships and on termination of employment. She has experience in advising clients on the enforceability of restrictive covenants. She also has particular expertise in dealing with the advice and negotiation connected with settlement agreements for employer clients. Danielle has vast experience in dealing with Employment Tribunal cases for employers, defending unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, as can be seen from the case studies provided. Danielle has a keen interest in maternity and pregnancy related discrimination cases and assists her employer clients with issues such as flexible working applications, and family friendly rights.
Danielle also provides corporate assistance to Gorvins’ corporate/commercial team on transactions which require employment support, such as TUPE transfers, business acquisitions and sales and drafting service agreements for senior personnel.
