Danielle delivers our Legal Obligations training.
Danielle has a variety of experience working with both employer and employee clients. She provides employer clients with day-to-day employment advice ranging from recruitment, contractual issues and policy drafting, together with advice throughout the working relationship and on termination of employment, such as advising clients on the enforceability of restrictive covenants.
Danielle also has particular expertise in dealing with the advice and negotiation connected with settlement agreements for employer clients. Danielle has a keen interest in maternity and pregnancy related discrimination cases and assists her employer clients with issues such as flexible working applications, and family friendly rights and has dealt with many Employment Tribunal cases for employers, defending unfair / constructive dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims.
Danielle also provides corporate assistance to Gorvins’ corporate/commercial team on transactions which require employment support, such as TUPE transfers, business acquisitions and sales, and drafting service agreements for senior personnel.
