David Walton is an expert employment lawyer who specialises in providing commercial solutions for employment problems to businesses. As Head of Gorvins’ Employment department, he advises across a full range of both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
David is an experienced litigator and advocate in the Employment Tribunals and has had significant success defending employment claims on behalf of employers.
